More Images from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Legislators

Development layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.

Additionally featured in this recent image drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had created plans to develop the substantial island by building homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend detailing various sections of the property.

Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.

Additional documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative process.
